Consensus statement on myopericardial complications following COVID-19 disease and vaccination
The European Society of Cardiology Working Group on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases, including Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher from the CMC, has reviewed the current knowledge on the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, therapy, and outcomes of myocardial and pericardial complications of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and vaccination. The results are summarised in a novel clinical consensus statement, recently published in the European Heart Journal.
